man I am addicted to wanting to get that RUN in. and its a good addiction!..I may have broken thru the barrier of not liking it


if your not running or exercise at least 3 times a week GET OUT THERE and JUST DO IT :suomi: your gambling winnings will be NO good if your arteries clog and your dead from all those Whopper value meals and cokes

yeah like banging men for cardio is a great change of pace...

ok, serious note...

this is great. i hate hate hate hate running. On days that I dont want to do it, I do very intense sprinting for about 10 mins so I can get it over with.

The key is to just get out there and do it though.

If you want to lose love handles, lose weight in your face, if you have a double chin, if you have turkey arms, the only way to lose that stuff is a great diet and cardio. No weightlifting exercise targets those areas.

You can bench press all day, but your chin is still gonna hang.

Reminds me of a song...

"do you chin hang low
do it wobble to and fro.."
